The Kaleidescape Covers View
Displaying a brilliant, high resolution image for each film on your Kaleidescape System, the Covers View is a wonderful way to browse your entire movie library. As you scroll left, right, up or down you’ll be presented with a stunning array of options for movie night and if you pause on any film, a short synopsis will soon appear to provide a bit more information. As you read, the remaining covers shuffle as your library is instantly re-ordered, highlighting films similar to your selected movie, based on information such as genre or lead actor.
The Kaleidescape List View
If you prefer a more disciplined approach to movie selection, look no further than the List View. In this view you will find your entire movie library presented alphabetically, enabling quick and easy access to any film at any time. But you are not limited to an alphabetical search. Taking full advantage of the information provided by the Kaleidescape Movie Guide team, you can instantly sort your collection by genre, favorite actor, director, year of release, running time or rating. Only Kaleidescape makes it this easy to enjoy the movie you want, when you want to.
The Kaleidescape Collections View
As your film library expands, the Collections View provides a convenient way to group your movies for easy access. If you’re a fan of Westerns, simply create a collection titled Westerns and add the films you’d like one by one. You can easily do the same for Musicals, Comedies, Home Movies, SciFi, Documentaries or any other grouping you choose. In addition to your custom collections, the Kaleidescape System features a number of preconfigured collections that will automatically group your Blu-ray movies, movies that have Kaleidescape Scenes associated with them, movies that you have recently paused, or new movies that you’ve recently added to your system.
Rotten Tomatoes Movie Ratings
A more recent addition to the Kaleidescape System is the inclusion of Rotten Tomatoes reviews into the Kaleidescape App for iPad. Bringing together ratings and opinions from hundreds of movie reviewers, Rotten Tomatoes reviews are displayed in the movie details of the iPad app and provide yet another way to quickly and easily find a great movie to share with family and friends.
